Sandeep is a driven sustainability leader with over 18 years of diverse industry experience in Environmental Management, ESG strategy, Climate Finance, and Clean Technology innovation. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on expertise, he helps businesses navigate the complex landscape of sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and ESG-driven transformation.
He holds a Master’s in Climate Finance & Sustainability from IIT Kanpur, a Post Graduate in Management from IIT Bombay, and a Master’s in Information Systems—giving him a rare blend of environmental, financial, and digital expertise to solve 21st-century sustainability challenges.
He is also a certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, with deep experience in helping organizations implement and audit Environmental Management Systems that meet global standards.
Sandeep has served on the board of several forward-looking Clean Tech organizations, where he has helped shape green innovation, energy transition strategies, and technology-enabled carbon solutions.

Currently, he lead MACN (Maritime Anti-Corruption Network) projects in India and internationally, driving Collective Action initiatives while collaborating with governments, businesses, and civil society to combat corruption.
He is a proud member of the Association of Corporate Investigators (ACI) and the ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) network, strengthening ability to conduct high-impact investigations and ensure corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
